MDS to CSD Image Migration


Hi Janice,

 

I have recently started as the Project Coordinator for the MDS to CSD image migration.  Per your request, please find attached the list of all users attached to your transit numbers.  Please validate the users to ensure the list is current.  In addition, I would like the set-up a meeting with the managers to review the project and answer any questions that they may have.  Are you able to schedule a meeting in the next week or two?

Hi Janice,

 

I am following-up to see if you have any questions regarding the file.  As stated below, the first step in the process is to validate that the list contains all users within your LOB.  This includes both users that need to be added and users that need to be removed.  I find that this is best completed prior to my meeting with the managers so that we can focus our discussion on the project and answering any questions they may have.

 

With respect to time-lines, I would like to have all the information collected by May 12th, which means that the management meeting must be scheduled well in advance.  Please confirm that this time-line is achievable.  If not, please advise and we can revise to meet your business needs.

As per my voice message, I am in the process of engaging all Commerce Court LOB’s that will be participating in the MDS to CSD image migration for all MDS laptops and desktops.  The first step in the engagement process is to receive a list of transit numbers that your LOB manages.  Second, I would like to schedule a meeting with all managers to give them an overview of the project and answer any questions and concerns they may have.  We usually ask for some time during the weekly management meeting.

 

If you could send me a list of transit numbers managed by Victor Teves that would be greatly appreciated.  If you are not the appropriate point of contact it would be appreciated if you could re-direct me to the correct individual.
